The company TOXOSPORT applies the principles of data protection provided by the International and European law that regulates issues relating to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, PD 131/2003) and by the consumer protection Law (Law 2251/1994) which regulates issues relating to distance selling and the relevant provisions of Greek law (Law 2472/1997) to protect the individual and the protection of personal data as supplemented by the decisions of the President of Personal Data, PD 207/1998, 79/2000, Article 8 of Law 2819/2000 and European law with the directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC, stating explicitly that it will not make any unauthorized use of your personal data and in no way discloses, publishes, sells, leases or exchanges your personal information and information you submit to any third party. By submitting material to the server, you agree that the material does not contain any untrue, illegal or in any way unfit for use and publication.

7. Shipment of products
The company TOXOSPORT can serve customers from all over Greece and the E.U. Shipping orders are made to all cities in Greece and the E.U. For your convenience, we give you the opportunity to choose your shipping method.

8. Product Prices All prices shown in our listings include 23% VAT, and the company TOXOSPORT reserves the right to adjust prices without notification. For some Greece areas where VAT rates are reduced and only for invoiced orders (not retail receipts), the product price is reduced by the VAT difference.

9. Governing Law
All transactions made through www.toxosport.com are governed by the International and European law that regulates issues relating to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, PD 131/2003) and by the Hellenic Republic Law on consumer protection (Law 2251/1994) which regulates matters relating to remote sales. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Athens courts, Greece

10. Withdrawal and Return
All our items are shipped in the condition and packing we receive them by our suppliers.
You have the right to return products purchased, without penalty within 7 days from the date of purchase. In this case you are only charged the direct costs of shipment and returning the goods. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are still in the same condition in which you received them, which means they remain unsealed or packaging has not been violated, including the documents, evidence and retail packaging that came with the product. If returning goods, the refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date of the acknowledged receipt of your products at the abovementioned condition.
Modified Products
These are products modified by us after your request like: custom arrows building, shafts cutting, bows set-up, custom strings etc.
Such products are not returnable/refundable unless the final product does not meet your pre-order written requirements.

11. Certificates and Guarantee
All bows sold by the company TOXOSPORT are guaranteed from the corresponding manufacturer’s guarantee, not less than 12 months. All our items are shipped in the condition and packing we receive them by our suppliers, unless otherwise asked by client: (Modified Products e.g. bow setup, arrow building/cutting etc.) Arrows, arrow components and targets are not covered by any guarantee.
